JY-600 Crawler Full Hydraulic Core Drilling Rig
JY-600 is a 600-meter-level crawler-type fully hydraulic core drilling rig. It is specifically designed for solid mineral exploration, engineering geological surveying, hydrological/ shallow oil and gas drilling. It features self-propelled crawler mechanism, full hydraulic drive, high torque and efficiency, and strong adaptability to various terrains. It is the main model for medium and deep-hole exploration.
1. The full hydraulic drive is achieved by using axial piston pump and three-stage gear pump.
2. The power head adopts a mechanical two-speed stepless speed regulation design, with a maximum torque of up to 1400 N.m.
3. The power head is equipped with a lateral translation mechanism, facilitating the lifting and lowering of the drill tools.
4. The inclined-axis piston motor is used to drive, featuring a small size and high power.
5. Drilling can be carried out within the range of 45-90°.
