Overshot can be lowered by gravity in vertical boreholes, while horizontal mine tunnels, upward inclined tunnel boreholes and multi-size alternating underground drilling cannot feed overshot by self-weight. This loading chamber delivers high-pressure flushing fluid to hydraulically push overshot down the drill string to retrieve core barrel. One unit fits all regular wireline sizes, greatly cutting site inventory cost, making it a universal core tool for tunnel, mine and geotechnical investigation projects.

Matched interchangeable adapters for BQ/NQ/HQ/PQ, one main housing works for all drill rod sizes. Anti-slip annular grooves on outer wall for easy assembly, compatible with all DCDMA standard wireline drill rods worldwide.

One-piece forged 304 stainless steel body with mirror polishing for superior rust & corrosion resistance. Seamless pressure-resistant structure outperforms traditional black oxide carbon steel units, resisting mud and weak acid/alkaline underground fluid to double service life.
3. Quick-Connect Brass Water Inlet
Side brass quick coupling port for high-pressure mud hose, no PTFE tape required for connection, fast plug-and-play with zero leakage. Forged brass resists corrosion and high hydraulic pressure.
4. Top Adjustable Locking Sealing Assembly
Hex thread locking structure to precisely adjust sealing preload for different working pressures. Large central through hole enables smooth feeding & retrieval of overshot without jamming, integrating pressure relief and wire rope guiding protection.

Operation & Maintenance Instructions
1. Installation: Select matched conversion adapter according to drill rod size and fasten to the bottom; connect mud pump high-pressure hose to side brass quick coupling.
2. Overshot Feeding Operation: Loosen top hex locking nut, insert matching overshot assembly, tighten sealing cap, start mud pump to hydraulically push overshot to borehole bottom and latch inner core barrel.
3. Overshot Retrieval: Shut down mud pump, slowly loosen top nut to release internal cavity pressure, pull wire rope to lift overshot out.
4. Daily Maintenance: Flush residual mud inside cavity with clean water after each shift and wipe stainless steel body dry; clear sediment on brass quick coupling regularly, replace universal seal kit when leakage occurs.
