The BTW thin-wall core drill pipe produced by CGE Wuxi Company is manufactured in accordance with the DCDMA international standard. It belongs to the smallest diameter product in the TW thin-wall series and is made of high-precision and high-strength ZT950 seamless steel pipes. It adopts the thin-wall structure of the drill pipe body and the thickening process at both ends. The diameter is 56.6×4mm, with a self-weight of 5kg per meter. Compared with conventional rope-core drill pipes of the same specification, it weighs approximately 10% less. It is available in multiple lengths such as 1m, 1.5m, 2m, and 3m. The rated recommended drilling depth can reach 1100 meters. It is equipped with the BTW complete rope-core assembly and diamond thin-wall drill bit. During construction, the core can be collected by the fishing tool without removing the entire drill string. It is mainly used for geological operations with a portable drilling machine. The entire machine is lightweight and easy to transport, effectively reducing the construction labor intensity. It is widely used in shallow, medium, and deep hole drilling projects such as mineral prospecting, soil and rock investigation, water conservancy and railway engineering exploration, etc. The product has relevant certifications such as ISO, MSDS, and RoHS.
