JY-600Q Portable Full-Hydraulic Rock Core Drilling Machine
JY-600Q is a 600-meter modular portable full-hydraulic core-drilling rig. It is mainly used for deep-hole geological exploration in mountainous areas, areas without roads, and complex terrains. The entire machine is lightweight and modular, easy to be moved by manpower, fully hydraulically driven, and has efficient core-drilling capabilities.
1. The drilling rig is driven by two Kubota diesel engines through full hydraulic system.
2. The drilling rig can achieve mechanical two-speed operation with continuous speed adjustment, and the maximum torque can reach 1200 N.m.
3. It is driven by axial piston pumps and inclined shaft piston motors.
4. It is equipped with a lateral translation mechanism for the power head, and the mast can be lifted and lowered by an oil cylinder and slide as a whole, enabling drilling within a range of 45-90°.
Description
JY-600Q portable full-hydraulic core drilling rig adopts a lightweight design and material selection as well as a modular design, enabling it to operate in all terrains, in all scenarios, and for all applications. It utilizes the thin-walled diamond rope core drilling process, featuring high drilling efficiency and simple assembly of the drilling unit. When operating in remote areas, there is no need to build roads or damage vegetation. The drilling rig can be transported by manual means, ensuring safety and convenience.
It is mainly applicable for solid mineral deposit drilling, but can also be used for engineering geology, shallow oil, natural gas, groundwater drilling, as well as engineering drilling for tunnel ventilation, drainage, and dam grouting. The drilling rig is fully hydraulically driven, with the rotary table rotation driven by an axial piston pump and a slanted shaft piston motor. It has two mechanical gears plus an infinitely variable speed control. The structure is advanced. The rotary table adopts an oil cylinder chain speed-increasing feeding mechanism, ensuring smooth and reliable movement, and has a side-to-side translation mechanism for the rotary table. The mast uses an oil cylinder for lifting and overall sliding, allowing for drilling within a 0-90° range. The hydraulic system uses load-sensitive control, featuring high efficiency and large torque. The drilling rig is equipped with hydraulic horsehead clamps, hydraulic leveling legs, and extendable masts, facilitating quick positioning of the drilling rig. It is equipped with a wireless remote-controlled track, suitable for various terrains, and can control the movement of the drilling rig within a safe distance to prevent sudden dangers.
