Structure and Materials (Lightweight and High-Efficiency Des
1.High-strength thin-walled base: 40Cr alloy steel forged, with thin pipe wall and light weight (approximately 0.8kg), moderate torsional resistance, low drilling resistance, suitable for shallow - medium deep hole high-frequency operations.
2. Efficient wear-resistant mat: Fine-grained tungsten carbide + low-melting-point binder phase, with a temperature resistance of 1050℃, suitable for soft - medium-hard rocks, with good mat toughness and less prone to fragmentation.
3. Diamond working layer (small diameter compatibility):
Inlaid diamond (standard): Fine-grained high-toughness diamond, stable lifespan, preferred for medium-hard rock / crushed formations.
Surface-set natural diamond (fast type): Large-grain natural drill, fast advancement, smooth chip removal, high efficiency for soft rock / intact formations.
PCD reinforced type (wear-resistant type): PCD embedded in the diameter section, lifespan increased by 30%, applicable to medium-hard grinding formations.
Small-diameter spiral water channel: 3–4 spiral edges + shallow and wide water channel + small angle, smooth water flow, fast chip removal, prevents mud packing and sticking, suitable for small-diameter low-flow conditions.
