CGE WUXI BW Geological Drilling Casing Pipe

BW geological casing belongs to the DCDMA standard W-series casing. It is a commonly used specification in geological exploration and core drilling for borehole wall support, hole collapse prevention, and isolation of loose and weak formations. It is compatibly matched with BQ, NQ and HQ wireline core drill rods, featuring a medium caliber and strong versatility.

This casing is available in two structural designs: straight connection with couplings and direct male-female thread connection. A casing shoe can be installed at the bottom of the casing to ensure overall working stability.

It is mainly applied in drilling construction to stabilize the borehole wall, prevent water leakage, hole collapse and cavity formation, and isolate water-bearing layers. It ensures drilling tools can smoothly reach the designed drilling depth for continuous and efficient drilling operations.

Core application:

Shallow to medium-deep hole (≤ 500m) wall protection to prevent collapse of the fourth series, fractured zone, and sandy layer

During drilling, isolate groundwater and quicksand to ensure stable drilling and core extraction

Can be permanently left in the hole or retrieved for reuse, applicable to single or multiple layers of wall protection 

Integral Pin and Box Thread: One end with pin thread and the other with box thread allows direct connection without couplings. Uniform outer diameter with no steps ensures smooth casing running down the hole.
