CGE WUXI SW Geological Drilling Casing Pipe

CGE WUXI SW casing is a flush-jointed geological casing of DCDMA Standard W Series. Made of 4130 steel with an outer diameter of 168.3 mm and wall thickness of 7.95 mm, it is a large-diameter and high-strength protective casing for core drilling and geological exploration. Matched with PQ wireline core drill rods, it is widely used for borehole wall support and formation isolation in deep complex strata, fractured zones and high water-bearing formations. 

1.Integral Male-Female Threads (Pin/Box)
One end has an external thread, the other end has an internal thread, and they are directly connected without a coupling; the outer diameters are the same without steps, resulting in low resistance when lowering the pipe and smooth pulling out.

2. Double Shoulder Locking (Double Shoulder)
The thick-walled design forms two pressure-bearing surfaces, providing high torsional strength; it prevents creeping and loosening under heavy loads, making it safer for deep wells / complex formations.

3. High Interchangeability (Global Compatibility)
Strictly following the DCDMA standard, it is globally compatible and interchangeable with PQ drill pipes, fishing tools, and reaming tools; it is compatible with mainstream imported / domestic drilling rigs.

4. Surface Anti-corrosion Treatment
Blackening / rust-proof paint / red paint, providing anti-corrosion and wear resistance; suitable for drilling media such as clean water / mud / foam, extending service life.

1.Deep drilling casing protection: 800 - 2000 m deep well, preventing hole collapse, narrowing and blockage.

2. Isolation of complex strata: fractured zones, faults, strongly weathered layers, isolating loose layers from water-bearing layers to prevent slurry leakage.

3. PQ system matching: combined with PQ rope-tensioned core drill pipe, large-diameter core extraction and efficient drilling.

4. Long-term hole protection: can be permanently left in the hole, serving as a passage casing for subsequent operations.

The differences from BW/NW/HW/PW

BW (φ73 mm): Medium-small caliber, compatible with BQ, suitable for shallow to medium-depth holes, conventional formations.

NW (φ88.9 mm): Medium caliber, compatible with NQ, suitable for medium-depth holes, medium-complex formations.

HW (φ114.3 mm): Medium-large caliber, compatible with HQ, suitable for deep holes, fractured formations.

PW (φ139.7 mm): Large caliber, compatible with PQ, suitable for deep wells, highly fractured formations.

SW (φ168.3 mm): Ultra-large caliber, ultra-high strength, compatible with PQ, suitable for ultra-deep wells, extremely complex formations, and long-term casing protection.
