Description
JY-1000A series crawler type full hydraulic core driling rig is a new type of full hydraulic core driling rigdesigned by our company after careful optimization and innovative design based on extensive reference to advancedtechnologies of similar driling rigs at home and abroad. This driling rig is for diamond wireline coring driling process, withexcellent performance, high driling speed, stable operation, easy operation, safe and reliable, and highly integrated design,making the whole machine compact and functional, with low failure rate and simple maintenance, which significantly improvesdrilling efficiency and drilling quality.
1. The drilling rig is driven by a fully hydraulic system.
2. The drilling rig can achieve mechanical two-speed operation with continuous speed adjustment, and the maximum torque can reach 2600 N.m.
3. It is driven by an axial piston pump and a slanted shaft piston motor.
4. It is equipped with a lateral translation mechanism for the power head, and the mast can be lifted and lowered by an oil cylinder and slide as a whole, enabling drilling within a range of 45-90°.

Steel track and structural design features
1. Steel track chassis: Thickened steel tracks (400mm × 43 links), wireless remote control for movement, climbing 25°, speed 2–3 km/h, capable of free movement in mountainous areas, muddy, gravel, and steep slopes, no need for trailer
2. Side shift of the power head: No need to dismantle the tower to raise or lower the drill pipe, the efficiency of changing drill rods is 50% higher than that of traditional drilling rigs
3. High-strength combined mast: Hydraulic cylinder lifting + 1.2m overall sliding, 45°–90° arbitrary inclination, universal on the surface
4. Hydraulic leveling legs: Four legs independently adjustable for leveling, complex terrain can be leveled in 5 minutes, ensuring stable construction
