It is designed for deep holes (≤ 2200m), hard rock / highly abrasive strata, and high load conditions. It is the core diameter maintenance tool for deep exploration of metal mines, deep geothermal wells, hydrological deep wells, and large-scale engineering surveys.

Structure and Materials (Deep Hole Heavy-duty Reinforcement)
1.Ultra-high-strength alloy matrix: 40CrNiMoA forged + quenched and tempered, thick-walled with high rigidity, extremely strong against torsion / vibration / fatigue, suitable for 2200m deep hole high torque, high pressure working conditions.
2. Super wear-resistant matrix formulation: coarse-grained tungsten carbide + high-cobalt binder phase, with a temperature resistance of 1100℃, high hardness and good toughness, resistant to cracking and erosion in hard rock / strong grinding formations.
3. Diamond working layer (exclusive for deep hole hard rock):
Inlaid diamond (standard): High-strength coarse-grained diamond, single drill length 3000–3500 meters, pure drilling time 280 hours +, preferred for hard rock / crushing / strong grinding formations.
PCD reinforced type: PCD + TC composite teeth embedded in the pilot section of the pilot diameter, life increased by 40%, suitable for extremely hard rock, quartz sandstone, and strong grinding layers.
Surface-set natural diamond (fast type): Large-grain natural diamond, fast drill length, smooth chip removal, efficient deep hole drilling in medium-hard intact formations.
Large-flow spiral water channel: 5 spiral ribs + wide and deep water channel + diversion slope, large water flow area, resistance drop 35%+, rapid chip removal under high flow rate in deep hole, anti-mud packing, anti-stuck drill.
