JY-1000B Steel Crawler Full Hydraulic Wireline Core Drilling Rig
JY-1000B is a long-stroke, deep-hole type steel crawler full-hydraulic core extraction drilling rig that has been upgraded based on JY-1000A. Its core has been upgraded to a 3-meter power head stroke, allowing it to directly use 3-meter drill rods. It is mainly used for deep exploration at kilometer levels and efficient deep-hole operations. It is the main model for medium and deep-hole geological drilling.

Description
JY-1000B series crawler type full hydraulic core driling rig is a new type of full hydraulic core driling rigdesigned by our company after careful optimization and innovative design based on extensive reference to advancedtechnologies of similar driling rigs at home and abroad. This driling rig is for diamond wireline coring driling process, withexcellent performance, high driling speed, stable operation, easy operation, safe and reliable, and highly integrated design,making the whole machine compact and functional, with low failure rate and simple maintenance, which significantly improvesdrilling efficiency and drilling quality.
1. The drilling rig is driven by a fully hydraulic system.
2. The drilling rig can achieve mechanical two-speed operation with continuous speed adjustment, and the maximum torque can reach 2600 N.m.
3. It is driven by an axial piston pump and a slanted shaft piston motor.
4. It is equipped with a lateral translation mechanism for the power head, and the mast can be lifted and lowered by an oil cylinder and slide as a whole, enabling drilling within a range of 45-90°.

1. Power configuration: Wuxi six-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine (129kW/2200rpm), highly adaptable to high-altitude and high-temperature environments
2. Driving mode: Full hydraulic (axial piston main pump + triple gear pump), load-sensitive control, energy-saving, good thermal stability
3. Power head: Mechanical two-speed + continuous speed regulation, maximum torque 2600N·m, speed range 0–1000r/min; slanted shaft piston motor, large torque, long service life
