JY-800 is an 800-1000-meter-level steel-tyred fully-hydraulic core drilling rig with a rope core. It is designed for medium and deep-hole solid mineral exploration, engineering geological surveying, and hydrological/geothermal drilling. With strong traversing ability of steel tyres, high torque and stability, and full-hydraulic efficiency and ease of operation, it is the main model for deep-hole exploration.
Drill pipe compatibility: Full range including BQ/NQ/HQ/BTW/NTW/HTW, standard configuration is 1.5m drill pipe.
Borehole inclination: 45° – 90° (Hydraulic cylinder lifts the mast + 1.2m overall sliding)

Description
JY-800 series crawler-type fully hydraulic core drilling rig is a newly developed fully hydraulic core drilling machine that has been meticulously optimized and innovatively designed. This drilling machine is specifically tailored for the diamond rope core drilling process and boasts outstanding performance. It features high rotational speed, smooth operation, easy operation and safety, and reliability. Its integrated design is compact, well-structured, fully functional, and simple to maintain, significantly enhancing drilling efficiency and hole quality.
1. The drilling rig is driven by a fully hydraulic system.
2. The drilling rig can achieve mechanical two-speed operation with continuous speed adjustment, and the maximum torque can reach 1800 N.m.
3. It is driven by an axial piston pump and a slanted shaft piston motor.
4. It is equipped with a lateral translation mechanism for the power head, and the mast can be raised and lowered by an oil cylinder and slide as a whole, enabling drilling within a range of 45-90°.

Steel track and structural design features
1. Steel track chassis: Thickened steel tracks, wireless remote control for movement, climbing 25°, speed 2–3 km/h, capable of free movement in mountainous areas, muddy, rocky, and steep slopes without the need for a trailer
2. Side-to-side movement of the power head: No need to dismantle the tower to raise or lower the drill pipe, the efficiency of changing drill rods is 40% higher than that of traditional drilling rigs
3. High-strength combined mast: Hydraulic cylinder lifting + 1.2m overall sliding, 45°–90° arbitrary inclination, universal on the surface
4. Hydraulic leveling legs: Four legs independently adjustable for leveling, complex terrain can be leveled in 5 minutes, ensuring stable construction
