1. Integrated Inner Upset Variable Wall Thickness Structure
The rod body and connecting end are integrally hot-upset forged. The upset area is thickened and reinforced to form a smoothly transitional variable wall thickness cross-section, eliminating stress concentration defects of traditional welded joints. The smooth inner wall without steps greatly reduces resistance of inner tube assembly retrieval, and improves efficiency of wireline coring running and retrieving operation.
2. ZT950 High-grade Base Material
Adopt quenched and tempered ZT950 alloy seamless steel pipe with yield strength ≥950MPa and excellent tensile strength. Its torsion resistance, compression resistance and fatigue resistance are far better than conventional DZ60 pipes. It is not easy to bend or fracture during deep-hole drilling, suitable for long-term continuous operation under high formation pressure and hard rock complex strata.
3. Deep Hole Stable Matching Design
Precise dimensional tolerances of upset section perfectly match supporting locking threads, with tight connecting sealing and no leakage of high-pressure flushing fluid. Optimized variable wall thickness transition structure reduces alternating stress loss of rod body, realizes stable torque transmission under 3080m deep hole operation, and effectively reduces thread wear, galling and jamming faults.
4. Flexible Selection of Multiple Length Specifications
1.5m short rods are suitable for tunnels and confined narrow drilling sites; 2m and 3m long rods are compatible with large surface deep-hole drill rigs, reduce rod docking times, improve overall drilling construction efficiency, and cut joint consumption and operation maintenance costs.
