The rod body and connecting joint are integrally hot forged without secondary welding. The upset end is thickened and reinforced with smooth cross-section transition, eliminating stress concentration and cracking risks of traditional welded joints. The smooth inner bore without steps lowers running and retrieving resistance of inner tube assembly, greatly improving overall wireline coring construction efficiency.
2. Premium ZT950 High-grade Steel Base Material
Made of quenched and tempered ZT950 alloy seamless steel, yield strength ≥950MPa. It possesses superior tensile, torsion, compression and anti-fatigue performance compared with conventional DZ60 geological drill rods. The rod is anti-deformation, anti-bending and anti-fracture during medium-deep hole drilling, adapting to long-term continuous operation under hard rock and high formation pressure complex strata.
