NTW 1m/ 1.5m/ 2m/ 3m TW Series Thin Wall Drill Rod Pipe

NTW is a medium-sized specification in the TW thin-walled rope core series. It is produced by CGE Wuxi and manufactured strictly in accordance with the DCDMA international standard. It is mainly used for medium-caliber lightweight rope core drilling. It uses ZT950 high-strength alloy seamless steel pipe. The rod body is thin-walled to reduce weight, both ends are bored and thickened + overall quenching and heat treatment. The threaded surface is hardened for wear resistance and the thread bite is tight and strong. It has excellent torsional and tensile performance. Compared to the traditional NQ thick-walled drill pipe of the same specification, its self-weight is about 12% lighter, the fluid intake diameter is larger, and the circulation and slag discharge are smoother. It is suitable for large and medium-sized portable full-hydraulic drilling rigs. It is between the small-caliber BTW and the large-caliber HTW, taking into account both self-weight and drilling depth. It is the main drilling rod for mineral detailed exploration and geotechnical investigation.

1.Rope core extraction without pulling the entire drill string: With the complete set of NTW inner tube assembly + fishing tool, there is no need to lift the entire drill string. The rope can be lowered into the hole for core extraction directly. This saves the repetitive process of lifting and lowering the drill string, and the drilling efficiency is increased by more than 40%.
