NTWH is an upgraded version of the NTW series thick-walled high-strength thin-walled drill pipe. It belongs to the mid-section specification of the DCDMA international standard TW thin-walled series (NTW < NTWH < HTW). The thickened pipe body wall thickness and the thickened and forged joints are adopted, balancing the lightweight feature of NTW and the high strength of HTW. It is specially designed for deep hole, inclined hole, and hard rock crushing stratum exploration, and is suitable for large and medium-sized full-hydraulic exploration drilling rigs. It is recommended that at a depth of 1300m, it is the main drilling rod for medium and deep-hole mineral exploration.

Description
NTWH is an upgraded version of the NTW series thick-walled rope core drill pipe. It belongs to the mid-section specification of the TW thin-walled series of the DCDMA international standard. Its specification size is between the standard NTW and HTW. The outer diameter is 74.5mm and the wall thickness is 5.1mm. Through optimizing the structure by thickening the pipe body wall thickness and thickening and forging the joint structure, it combines the lightweight advantage of NTW products with the high-strength performance of HTW products. It can perfectly replace the conventional NQ thick-walled drill pipe. This drill pipe is specially designed for deep hole, inclined hole, and hard rock crushing geological exploration conditions. It is compatible with various large and medium-sized full-hydraulic exploration drilling rigs. Under the same outer diameter specification, its torsional strength is 32% higher than that of ordinary NTW drill pipes. The inner diameter size is better than that of NQ thick-walled drill pipes, and the mud flow efficiency is higher. The recommended drilling depth can reach 1300m. It is the main drilling equipment for medium and deep-hole mineral exploration. The product selects 4130/ZT950 chromium-molybdenum high-strength seamless alloy steel pipe as the base material. It adopts the thin-walled forming of the pipe body, the thickening and thickening of both ends, and the overall quenching and heat treatment. The surface layer of the male thread is treated with high-frequency quenching, with a hardness of HRC52~58. It has excellent anti-sticking, wear resistance and sealing performance. The thread size strictly follows the DCDMA international standard and can be universally interchangeable with the global mainstream NTW and NQ series drill tool assemblies.
