Compared with ordinary NQ and NRQ drill rods, NXQ has full upgrades in material purity, pipe pressure resistance, heat treatment range and thread surface reinforcement. It balances ultra-high tensile & torsional strength and high pipe body toughness, suitable for 1700-2030m ultra-deep straight holes, high-inclination holes, fractured hard rock and complex structural formations. It solves core defects including ultra-deep hole rod fatigue fracture, thread tooth collapse and pipe bending deformation, fully compatible with all NQ wireline coring accessories.

Conventional NQ and NRQ rods are only suitable for depth within 1900m. NXQ adopts upgraded extended tempered zone and optimized metallographic structure, which bears dead weight and high rotary torque of 2030m drill string, doubles thread fatigue life and avoids sudden rod breakage in ultra-deep drilling.
2. 70.1*5mm precision pipe structure, balance strength and water passing efficiency
5mm optimized thickened pipe wall improves pressure resistance and deformation resistance under ultra-deep hole working condition. Standard large inner bore ensures sufficient flushing fluid flow, fast cuttings discharge and efficient diamond bit cooling.
