PQUD Horizontal Wireline Overshot is a heavy-duty wireline coring fishing tool specially designed for large-bore, long-distance deep horizontal tunnels, super-long tunnel advanced exploration and large-inclination boreholes. It matches PQU series heavy-duty horizontal wireline coring drill rods and inner tube assemblies.
Specially optimized for extreme working conditions including large borehole resistance, high water inflow and heavy load deep-hole drilling, it is hydraulically driven by high-power mud pressure. It can stably retrieve large-diameter core barrels without tripping the whole drill string, serving as the core supporting tool for large geotechnical projects and deep super-long horizontal geological exploration.
Equipped with heavy-duty torsion-release lifting ring, reinforced buffer jarring mechanism and heavy-load self-locking anti-drop fishing head, PQUD features stable feeding, heavy-load grabbing and ultra-reliable anti-drop performance. The thickened 40Cr steel body and high-strength alloy quenched dogs ensure large load capacity, impact resistance and ultra-high wear resistance.
