BQ Loading Chamber is a special hydraulic wireline coring accessory manufactured under SINOMACH Group, complying with DCDMA international standard for BQ series core drilling tools.
Vertical drill holes rely on gravity to drop overshot, while horizontal & upward inclined holes cannot feed overshot by self-weight. This loading chamber delivers high-pressure drilling fluid to hydraulically push the overshot down the drill string to retrieve core barrels. It is essential equipment for underground mine exploration and tunnel advance geological prospecting.

1. Bottom Male Taper Thread: Standard DCDMA BQ thread to connect with top of BQ wireline drill rod, knurled surface for easy assembly.
2. Main Pressure Housing: Integral forged alloy steel body to bear high flushing pressure.
3. Side Water Inlet Port: Female thread connector for high-pressure mud hose connection, provides hydraulic thrust for overshot delivery.
4. Top Sealing Assembly: Brass guide nipple + knurled locking knob. Brass tip protects wire rope from abrasion; locking knob seals the chamber during pumping to prevent fluid leakage.

1. Installation: Screw the bottom BQ male thread tightly onto drill rod top, connect mud pump high-pressure hose to side inlet port.
2. Overshot Delivery: Loosen top locking knob, insert overshot assembly, tighten brass sealing nipple. Start mud pump to hydraulically push overshot to borehole bottom to latch inner core barrel.
3. Overshot Retrieval: Stop mud pump, open side relief valve to release internal pressure, loosen top knob and pull wire rope to lift overshot out.
4. Daily Maintenance: Inject lubricating grease via side nipple before each shift; flush inner cavity with clean water after work and store in dry place to avoid rust.
