JY-800Q is an 800-meter modular portable full-hydraulic core-drilling rig. It is specifically designed for deep-hole geological exploration in complex terrains such as mountains, forests, areas without roads, and high-altitude regions. It features a split lightweight design, full-hydraulic drive, high torque efficiency, and is portable by manpower. It is an upgraded and enhanced version of the 600Q.

Description
JY-800Q portable full-hydraulic core drilling rig adopts a lightweight design and material selection as well as a modular design, enabling it to operate in all terrains, in all scenarios, and for all applications. It employs the thin-walled diamond rope core drilling process, featuring high drilling efficiency and simple assembly of the drilling unit. When operating in remote areas, there is no need to build roads or damage vegetation. The drilling rig can be transported by hand, ensuring safety and convenience.
Upgrade Highlights
1. Power Configuration: Three 4-cylinder diesel engines (49.2kW each), total power 147.6kW. Strong start performance in high altitudes / low temperatures, sufficient power redundancy.
2. Drive Mode: Full hydraulic (axial piston pump + inclined shaft piston motor), load sensitive + constant power control, energy-saving and efficient, good thermal stability.
3. Power Head: Mechanical two-speed + continuous speed adjustment, maximum torque 1800N・m, speed range 0–1100r/min (50% improvement over 600Q).
4. Feed / Lift Force: Propulsion 90kN / Lift 120kN, stroke 1.8m (compatible with 1.5m drill pipe).
5. Control Mode: Centralized control with three handles, hydraulic automatic unclamping + anti-drop drill clamping device, easy operation, safe and reliable.
