NQC/ HQC/ PQC Wireline impact core barrel assembly
Wireline impact core barrel assembly is a new type of highly efficient drilling equipment that combines rope core retrieval with hydraulic impact and rotary technology. It is equipped with a high-frequency hydraulic impactor and is integrated into the inner pipe assembly. There are three specifications: NQC, HQC, and PQC. It can achieve combined impact and rotary drilling. During operation, there is no need to lift the drill pipe. The inner pipe can be retrieved by using the rope, and the core can be taken out. This can significantly improve the drilling efficiency in hard, brittle, and fractured formations, effectively avoid core blockage, increase the single drilling depth, extend the service life of the drill bit, reduce the frequency of raising the drill pipe, and greatly reduce the overall drilling cost.
