Structure and Material (Deep Hole Reinforcement Design)
1.High-strength Alloy Matrix: 40CrNiMo forged, moderate pipe wall thickness, strong torsion / vibration resistance, suitable for 1800m deep hole high load.
2. High Wear Resistance Mat: Coarse-grained tungsten carbide + high toughness binder phase, with a temperature resistance of 1100℃, resistant to cracking in hard rock / grinding strata, long service life.
3. Diamond Working Layer (Suitable for Hard Rock):
Inlaid Diamond (Standard): High-strength fine-grained diamond, single branch advance length 2500–3000 meters, preferred for hard rock / crushing strata.
PCD Reinforced Type: The pilot section embeds multi-angled PCD, life is increased by 30%, applicable to strong grinding strata.
Surface Set Natural Diamond (Quick Type): Fast advance, smooth chip removal, high efficiency in medium-hard intact strata.
