Description
NQ rope drill pipe is the core tool for core sampling drilling in geological exploration. 1.Always use thread lubricant: It can reduce surface wear during the threading and disassembly process, metal powder fills the contact area between the threads, improving the sealing performance of the drill rod and enhancing the connection rigidity of the threads.
2. Check for wear: When the outer diameter of the joint or the pipe body wears more than 1mm (for the QA series, it is 1.5mm), replacement is necessary.
3. Prevent thread deformation: Use wrench for threading and disassembly of the drill rod to avoid using a sledgehammer to strike; it is necessary to straighten the drill rod and gently interlock to prevent thread damage and avoid causing sticking or leakage.
4. Avoid oversize construction: During construction, strictly follow the process gradation.
5. Do not use for hole opening: When using drill rod to open a hole.
