Description
HQ3 (also known as HQTT) is a deep hole / heavy-duty large-diameter diamond reaming tool for the Q series rope core system. It is an enhanced and upgraded version of HQ, specifically designed for ultra-deep holes (1800–2500m), hard rock / extremely abrasive formations, and high torque / high load scenarios.
It is installed between the HQ3 drill bit and the core outer pipe. Its core functions include strong diameter retention, enhanced alignment, heavy-duty pipe protection, and stable bore wall. It is the main tool for deep metal mining, geothermal exploration, and scientific drilling.
