The JY - 1600 full - hydraulic core drilling rig is primarily applicable for drilling solid ore deposits. It can also be utilized for engineering geology, shallow - layer oil, natural gas, and groundwater drilling, as well as for engineering boreholes like tunnel ventilation, drainage, and dam grouting.This drilling rig is fully hydraulically driven. The rotation of the power head is powered by an axial piston pump and an inclined - axis piston motor, featuring two mechanical gears along with stepless speed regulation, which endows it with an advanced structure.The power head is equipped with an oil - cylinder chain double - speed feeding mechanism, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. It comes with a lateral translation mechanism for the power head. The mast can be raised and lowered by an oil cylinder and can slide integrally, enabling the drilling of holes within the 45 - 90° range.The hydraulic system employs load - sensitive control, resulting in high work efficiency and a large torque.The drilling rig is furnished with devices such as a hydraulic Trojan - type gripper, hydraulic leveling legs, and a telescopic mast, which facilitate the rapid positioning of the rig.It is equipped with a wireless - controlled crawler, suitable for a variety of terrains. This allows for the control of the rig's crawling within a safe distance, preventing potential sudden hazards.
