NTWA As an upgraded reinforced variant of standard NTW thin-wall wireline drill rod within the DCDMA TW series and an optimal replacement for conventional NQ heavy-wall drill pipe, NTWA features optimized joint construction that retains lightweight property while boosting torsion resistance and deep-hole stability; produced from premium 4130/ZT950 Cr-Mo alloy seamless tubing with upset strengthened ends and integral quenching & tempering treatment, whose pin ends are case-hardened to HRC52~58 to realize anti-galling performance, reliable sealing and full DCDMA interchangeability with global core drilling tools, meanwhile being 11% lighter than solid NQ rods and equipped with enlarged inner bore to deliver outstanding mud circulation, perfectly suited for medium-small hydraulic core rigs used in mineral and geotechnical exploration.
