It is mainly designed for 1000-meter rope core drilling, has a self-crawling mechanism, is highly efficient and reliable, and is used for solid mineral exploration in medium and deep underground areas. It is mainly suitable for core drilling using diamond and hard alloy drilling methods, and is also applicable in the fields of geology, metallurgy, coal mining, nuclear industry, and hydrology.

Description
HYDX-4E is a benchmark 1000-meter-level tracked all-hydraulic core drilling rig. With deep-hole drilling capability, self-tracked design, wireline coring technology, and stable reliability as its core advantages, it addresses the issues of efficiency and site adaptability in medium and deep-level mineral exploration, and is widely used in geological exploration projects of medium and large-sized mining areas.

Main Structural Features
Main hydraulic components are selected from internationally renowned brands.
2. The power head adopts a card disc structure, with lateral translation function and four speed mechanical transmission, all of which are infinitely variable speed;
3. The rig is driven by cylinder directly for feeding.
4. Mast adopts oil cylinder lifting and lowering, foldable, convenient for transportation and storage, with sliding grounding function.
5. Hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control, and the rotation of drill head spindle is driven by motor, with high operation efficiency and high torque.
6. Mast is equipped with centering guide in its upper and lower part for inclined hole construction conveniently. A hydraulic clamp is adopted at the position above the drilling hole.
7. Equipped with two layer working platforms.
8. According to the needs of users, crawler-type, platform-type, or truck-type could be selected.
