JY-1600 is a medium-to-deep hole - deep hole main model steel crawler full-hydraulic core drilling rig. It is designed for solid mineral exploration and deep geological drilling at depths of 1600 meters or more. It has been comprehensively enhanced in terms of torque, feed force, long stroke and maneuverability, and is suitable for efficient construction of kilometer-level deep holes in mountainous areas, plateaus and complex terrains.
Drill pipe compatibility: BQ / NQ / HQ / BTW / NTW / HTW. Standard configuration: 3-meter rope-lift core drill pipe.
Borehole inclination: 45° – 90° (hydraulic cylinder lifting + overall sliding of the mast)

Description
JY-1600 series crawler type full hydraulic core driling rig is a new type of full hydraulic core driling rig designed by ourcompany after careful optimization and innovative design based on extensive reference to advanced technologies of similardriling rigs at home and abroad. This driling rig is for diamond wireline coring driling process, with excellent performance.high driling speed, stable operation, easy operation, safe and reliable, and highly integrated design, making the wholemachine compact and functional, with low falure rate and simple maintenance, which significantly improves drilling eficiencyand drilling quality.
1. The drilling rig is driven by a fully hydraulic system, with a floating main shaft and a 3-meter drill pipe.
2. The drilling rig can achieve mechanical two-speed operation with continuous speed adjustment, and the maximum torque can reach 4000 N.m.
3. It is driven by an axial piston pump and a slanted shaft piston motor.
4. It is equipped with a lateral translation mechanism for the power head, and the mast uses an oil cylinder for lifting and can slide as a whole, enabling drilling within a range of 45-90°.

2. Drive system: Full hydraulic load-sensitive system, axial piston main pump + triple gear pump, energy-saving and strong thermal stability.
3. Power head: Mechanical two-speed + continuous variable speed control, maximum torque 3500 N·m, speed range 0–1000 r/min; slanted piston motor, stable for heavy loads.
4. Feed / lifting force: Propulsion 180 kN / lifting 240 kN, no slipping during deep hole drilling.
5. Cooling system: Water-cooling + air-cooling dual system, continuous operation at high temperatures without pressure reduction.

9. High-strength mast: Cylinder lift + 1.1 m overall sliding, 45°–90° arbitrary inclination, suitable for surface and underground environments.
10. Hydraulic leveling legs: Four legs independently adjustable for leveling, complex terrain leveling in 5 minutes, stable construction.
