HYDX-6F is a 2000-meter-level reinforced fully hydraulic core drilling rig that has been deeply upgraded based on HYDX-6E. It features higher torque, stronger lifting force, longer travel distance, and a more stable chassis. It is designed for deep holes of 2000 meters, ultra-hard strata, and complex working conditions, and is the flagship model for deep mineral exploration in China. It is mainly applicable to core drilling that uses diamond and hard alloy for drilling, and it is also suitable for industries such as geology, metallurgy, coal mining, nuclear industry, and hydrology.

Main structural features
The main hydraulic components are selected from internationally renowned brands;
2. The power head adopts a card disc structure, with lateral translation function and two mechanical speed changes, both of which are stepless speed regulation;
3. The drilling rig adopts the direct pushing method of oil cylinder for feeding;
4.The mast is lifted and lowered by oil cylinder. The upper mast features retractable structure for easy transportation and storage, and is equipped with sliding grounding function.
5. The hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control, and the power head rotation adopts a dual motor closed circuit, which has high working efficiency and large torque;
6. The mast is equipped with upper and lower straightening devices for inclined hole construction, and the hole opening is equipped with hydraulic clamps;
7. Equipped with a two-level work platform;
8. Users can choose from tracked, platform, or vehicle mounted models according to their needs.
